I’ve seen businesses from every side — as the adviser, the operator and the board.

I began my career advising Eastern European governments on privatisation in the years after the Berlin Wall fell.

I spent the next five years on major public–private infrastructure projects in Sydney, then moved to New York to advise media and communications companies and work in private equity.

Then I moved inside the business. I joined the property sector as CFO, became COO, spent five years leading a major development from the ground up, and returned as COO before serving as Board Chair of a 300-person architecture firm.

Whether it’s a business or a person, the work comes back to the same thing: unlocking the potential that’s already there.
